Feature Story
(Condensed)

Since the dawn of electricity in the in the mid-west, the Aschinger name has become a trusted one in the electrical contracting industry. In 1912, Otto Aschinger began wiring homes that previously relied on gas or coal. He also began selling and installing small appliances to his newly wired customers.

In 1940, Otto's son, Francis, began the company that exists today as Aschinger Electric. Sons Jack, Keith, and Eric, as well as scores of skilled and talented employees, continue the Aschinger philosophy of quality work and customer service.

Aschinger's service and maintenance programs are an invaluable asset to many clients. The company is the exclusive franchisee of the TEGG Service Corporation, offering electrical diagnostic and maintenance programs insuring a safe and continuous electrical system. Another program, Assured Electrical Maintenance, periodically screens for potential system failures replacing failed parts at no cost to the client.

Aschinger Electric Communications is the newest addition to the Aschinger family of services. Headed by fourth generation Scott Aschinger, this company specializes in data and communication design and construction. The same tradition of high quality and customer service permeates this company.
